Recently, to further enhance the professional expertise and quality awareness of the production team, all members of Team C of Workshop at KornnacCaps (covering key positions such as glue dissolution, capsule manufacturing, machine selection, and on-site QA) carried out an unique Morning Cleanup, Afternoon Specialized Training activity during a valuable shift break. This event not only showcased the employees' positive and progressive spirit but also brought a successful conclusion to the company's production quality management work for the year 2025.

On the day of the event, the entire Team C thoroughly cleaned the production area in the morning, eliminating sanitary blind spots and maintaining equipment cleanliness to create an optimal working environment for subsequent operations. In the afternoon, the specialized training officially commenced. The training content was closely aligned with actual production realities, focusing on production safety standards and key operational points for core processes such as glue dissolution and capsule manufacturing. Through a combination of theoretical explanations and case studies, the instructor precisely analyzed potential shortcomings in employees' daily operations and provided targeted corrections and guidance. This training significantly improved standardization across all personnel, strengthened risk prevention capabilities, and laid a solid foundation for effectively reducing production quality risks and ensuring compliant execution across all processes.
As the final key training session of 2025, company leadership attached great importance to it. At the conclusion of the event, Mr. Gong, General Manager of KornnacCaps, delivered a summary speech. He affirmed the effectiveness of the training and provided supplementary emphasis on the content. Mr. Gong pointed out that operational standards must not remain merely verbal; they must be implemented into every aspect of production. He specifically required that on-site QA fully leverage their role as Quality Gatekeepers in supervision and verification to ensure there are no blind spots in quality control. Simultaneously, Mr. Gong outlined three major directions for production improvement in 2026: firstly, fully advancing the standardization of operations for all processes; secondly, establishing a sound mechanism for quality risk prediction and prevention; and thirdly, deepening the synergistic linkage between the production department and QA to comprehensively enhance production efficiency and product quality through efficient collaboration.
The successful hosting of this training would not have been possible without the company's excellent training venue and logistical support. Through this Recharging session, all members of Workshop Team C unified their thinking and clarified their goals. Looking ahead to 2026, KornnacCaps will continue to uphold craftsmanship, promoting the enterprise to a new level of high-quality development with stricter standards and superior management.
