Since the launch of the competition, the Production Technology Department has attached great importance to the initiative. After fierce competition, Production Shift C was awarded the title of "Best Team" due to their balanced and robust comprehensive performance across all positions, particularly for their outstanding contributions to quality stability. Four employees were awarded the title of "Quality Pacesetter" in their respective posts, thanks to their exquisite operational skills and rigorous quality awareness. Through this competition, tacit understanding in teamwork has deepened, and the workshop's overall combat capability and quality assurance level have been fully verified during the assessments.
Review and Improvement through Competition
At the summary and commendation meeting, the company's Deputy General Manager in charge of production delivered a speech. He emphasized that the core value of the competition lies in "promoting reform and improvement through competition".
